The guidelines on enrollment for this school year prioritize the health and safety of all that will be involved in the enrollment process. It stresses that “everyone’s health must be the number one priority and nothing else is more important.” It shall guide the parents, guardians, and teaching personnel in enrolling the learners for the school year 2021-2022 adhering to safety and health protocols.

In keeping with this, schools under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) shall administer enrollment for the school year 2021-2022 remotely. That is thru online by filling out the MLESF.  However, parents and guardians who have no means to access the form online may submit the modified learner enrollment and survey form to designated areas once ECQ is lifted.
