A Successful Distribution of Learning Materials
Col E De Leon Elem School successfully held the distributions of Learning Materials for kinder to Grade 6 Pupils in September 2020, in line with DepEd’s actions in the New Normal Education.
This school year may be different from our past school year where in adjustments and preparations are outmost high for Face-to-face Learning and instruction will may not be possible in accordance with the IATF guidelines.
The Preparation of learning packages started June 15- July 30, 2020, including writing modules, handouts, worksheets, and activity sheets. Attended by teachers who physically went to school to assist the distributions following the safety guidelines of IATF, 2 teachers per grade level who wholeheartedly assist for the said event with the guidance of our Principal Susan J Corro.
Prior to the said event, teachers, and the schoolwork hand in hand to reach out and inform parents about the New Normal Education and mode of Instruction during PSOA for Parents, PSOA for Learners, through their Class GC and Schools FB PAGE.
The school allotted an area where in the Parents/Guardians will collect the modules and an area where they will return the outputs after every quarter. Boxes for each teacher were provided by the school to make it more organized as parents will not be having a hard time to Return their child’s outputs. For some who have conflicts teachers extended their efforts to deliver and retrieve the modules to their houses.
