CEDLES Parangal 2021! Hard work Paid Off
Col. E. De Leon Elementary School formally clinched Parangal 2021 last July 12, 2021 which was participated by the whole CEDLES community through Google Meet platform allowing the teachers, parents and pupils to view the event virtually. As per DepEd Order No.18 entitled “Interim Guidelines on Giving of Awards and Recognition in Light of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) for SY 2020-2021, only Grade Six pupils will be given awards and the rest from Kindergarten to Grade 5, awards are suspended. Seventy- three (73) Grade 6 pupils were recognized. Two (2) of which are recognized With High Honors and the rest of the pupils are renowned With Honors.
The joy is reflected in the pupil’s faces as they reaped the fruit of their hard work and tasted the sweetness of their achievement in light of this pandemic.
“Tunay nga na ang edukasyon ay nagsisimula sa ating mga tahanan. Kaakibat nito ang mga pagpapatatag ng de- kalidad na edukasyon sa gitna ng pandemya. May 3 K na naging daan upang patatagin ang edukasyon sa gitna ng pandemya. Komunikasyon. Kapit- bisig. Katatagan,” said Dr. Susan J. Corro, Principal of Col. E. De Leon Elementary School.
It is true indeed and very satisfying to know that everyone did their best this school year. From the school administrator and staff, teachers, parents and most especially pupils, reaping the fruit of your hard work and tasting the sweetness of your achievement at the end of the school year is beyond explanation. Through constant communication, shared responsibility and resiliency, #Edukalidad is pushed through.
The pupils’ effort to answer the self- learning modules (SLeMs) with the guidance of their parents and guardians is undeniably evident during this distance learning. With the help of the teachers, all queries and blurry concepts about the lessons transpired in the modules were addressed through constant communication. Certainly, efforts paid off as the school celebrates this annual CEDLES Parangal for School Year 2020-2021.
